We are currently using Connells Yate to sell my apartment. It’s the first time selling and I have to say Sharon Blake and her team have been absolutely amazing. Sharon has explained everything so clearly and answered any questions we’ve had, she has answered promptly and dealt with any queries straight away. In fact she has gone above and beyond helping us with filling out forms etc. We have found her very polite and very good at her job. Needless to say we wouldn’t hesitate in using connells again in the future and would have no problem in recommending Sharon and her team to anyone looking for an estate agent.
Very dissastied with Connells. Tried telephoning 3 times and sent an email, but they never returned any calls. We found out from another estate agent that the property in question was sold. Would have only taken a minute to give that information.
Lovely team who kept us informed. Unfortunately, not everything went smoothly but when we got updated on what was needed we were able to provide it as first time buyers!!
I had the pleasure to deal with multiple members of the team at this Connells branch in Yate. Their service was fantastic and they couldn't have been more helpful during a very busy time of the year. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I could not recommend Sharon and her team more. Today we moved into our forever home and Connells made the process as smooth as it possibly could be. The fact we were moving in the day of a national lockdown, you would think that everything would be hugely panicked and stressful, it couldn’t have been further from the truth. Worked with Julie to view a new build property and needed to view it quickly due to our tight timeline. Although we haven't yet decided if the property will be right for us we were so impressed with Julie's professionalism and determination to help us gain the information we needed in order to make a decision. She called us back every time she said she would. If she didn't have an answer, she kept us in the loop and up to date and was determined to go and find the answer. She was friendly and cheerful throughout and we would not hesitate to work with her again in the future. She goes above and beyond to ensure the customer service experience is an excellent one.
