We have been with this estate agent for a number of years for moth renting of the property and sale. We were very pleased with help and communication they provided. All issues were dealt with swiftly and professionally. We had couple of tricky moments with the tenants but with the help of Dobson's team they were all resolved. Same applied to the sales team who helped very much to find a right buyer and secure the deal. They are a local agency so know the area very well which helps to understand needs of the clients. Would certainly recommend,.
Excellent, professional and helpful staff in the lettings team who manage my property in Garforth for me. The ladies are always prompt in answering calls and replying to emails and dealing with troublesome tenants. I'll simply say, don't believe all reviews you read as there is usually a different side to the story being told. Mike Dobsons Estate Agency managed my property for 6 years when I decided to move abroad. During those years, their service was outstanding. As a buyer this was the most shambolic estate agent I have ever come across. First contact was painful. They became completely confused as to which day I wanted to view and were fully booked. After going through it a further twice and asking them to re-check the date I was finally offered any time I wanted. The viewing was booked on Tuesday for Friday. The house sold SSC on Wednesday. I phoned again on Thursday to confirm the viewing and was encouraged to continue with the appointment. After waiting outside the house 15 minutes past the appointment I phoned the office to find out where the agent was. I was informed that I had cancelled the appointment yesterday. I was then informed that they had tried to phone me, couldn't get through and left a text message. i wouldn't have minded too much but I had travelled 3.5 hours from LONDON! Be very wary if you are thinking of selling your house through these muppets!
Excellent Customer service nothing to much trouble, very professional the girls in the Garforth Office were brilliant. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an estate agent.
I purchased my new property through Mike Dobson in Garforth, and was kept updated as to the progress at all times, including them dealing with the solicitor for me and answering any questions I had. Would highly recommend.
