Best mechanics ever! Take your Volvo to them. My partner and I were travelling home for Christmas from Lancaster uni to Norwich when my cars alternator died on the M6 just outside of Birmingham. I just about managed to get the car to them before the car completely died and they diagnosed the problem as a faulty alternator after about 5 minutes of me arriving a problem the Volvo main dealer at rybrook failed to fix the day before - all they did was throw a new battery in and tell me the old one had just died due to cold weather and old age - they then didn't run any diagnostics and hence didn't figure out it was the alternator, crazy I know. Despite them being fully booked and not having the part in they managed to order an alternator and get it fixed in about 3 hours and for a very reasonable price, they were absolutely brilliant people, all of them were friendly and not patronising like most mechanics can be. I cannot thank them enough for getting me and my partner home to our families. To top it of I got a text from them checking if I'd made it home or not! Also there's a free 3 year warranty on the part.Service: Electrical repair

Fantastic service by the team at Midlands Volvo. Very knowledgeable. Had various repairs and replacements and all done quickly and reasonably priced. I would recommend using these for your Volvo's - there is nothing they do not know about the cars. I've got an ancient S60R 2003. Most garages won't even touch it, let alone do the difficult jobs. These guys have been brilliant so far. They've completed some difficult jobs and reasonably priced. Compared to main stealer anyway.
Excellent. First visit as new to Volvo ownership. The team here are knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly honest about what's what and your options. Despite being 45 mins away I'll be using them again for repairs, services and anything else
Really honest guys, sorted out my car and great value for money. Will be using them from now on.
1st time customer. Booked in last minute for Saturday just gone and was there for when they opened. Car plugged into VIDA to reset and recalibrate the climate control and turn off the running lights. Worked a charm and on my way by 10am. Brilliant value and good guys who obviously know Volvos inside and out. Will use again without doubt.
Very happy with our repairs every time its booked in for anything, always explain exactly what's needed , people very friendly, recommend this garage to family & friends lovely lady on reception very helpful the only garage we use for our volvo XC60
Had volvo xc90 service here good price and other bits and bobs
Took my V70 with heating problems for a diagnosis; fault was identified as worst case scenario - heater matrix. Price for repair was very reasonable and work was completed quickly as I was told it would be. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
