The booking process was a nightmare. Lost a booking, made a second in Newcastle on Tyne when I live in Newcastle Under Lyme. Third booking OK. It's my wife's car, so it was a few days before I saw it in the daylight. There was a bubble over the wiper sensor 40mm x 20mm. Customer services failed to return calls or answer emails. I finally managed to call the Stafford office, who arranged for another appointment. On arrival, the fitter had to ask my wife what the problem was. My wife decided to call me so I could explain. He sounded rude and abrupt and was obviously happy to ignore the bubble. Apparently, he was the original fitter He repaired the sensor/bubble, and I'll check on Saturday in the daylight.

A wasted journey and time, as the new windscreen was damaged worse than mine when they checked it, luckily not removed my windscreen! So I have got to go back again next week to have it done, as compensation they are knocking money off my excess I have to pay as a good will gesture!
Absolutely fantastic, from booking to picking the car up. Easy, no fuss, very friendly service and lightning fast & professional repair. Absolutely recommend if anyone needs their windows done, this is the place.
Very nice man came out to look at a crack in the window screen. Was truthful by saying it needed a full new window due to being in the eye of the driver and a possible MOT failure. Returning this week to our address to do full window replacement.
Great communication right from first contact. Appointment kept and completed within the estimated time slot. Would highly recommend this branch Stafford to others.
Big thank you to the team at Stafford, after waiting 7 weeks for a replacement screen from a different company with no updates a call to HastingsDirect put me in touch with National Windscreens Stafford who had the screen replaced in no time, I was kept upto date with a slight delay in delivery wanted an original screen and everyone on the phones was friendly. I was given an early appointment as needed the car for work later in the day and my fitter Howard turned up bang on time and was finished within the hour! Great service and will definitely use again when needed.
