Brought a car from wr davis 3 years ago. I was told when the Pcp was nearly up go back to them and they would support me in getting a newer car. They said they would also give me some money to put a deposit towards another car. I went to see them over two weeks ago. They said I should put in for a voluntary termination which I wasn't informed could effect my credit. My car isn't worth what I still owed on it. And I could also try to sell it privately. I just wanted to take the car back and have a new one. I was also told by Paul that he would call me back the day after and I'm still waiting for the call now. Very upset and very disappointed. If I could give a 0 star I would of.;(

Booked my car in for M.O.T. and service about two weeks ago.The staff very good and informative about the car and every thing was done on time at a fixed price.will use them next time for my motoring needs.

Just had my first service done on my super Berlingo van...smooth efficent handover even though they are working out of the Toyoto garage. Had 2 vehicle's now from Ian and 3 services from Richard ....all spot on even down to Tim on car wash who took care with my new livery and even hoovered my interior...thanks guys 😀

Great service from this company. Absolutely delighted with my new car which was delivered to my door. Ian and everyone I dealt gave a friendly and professional service. A pleasure to do business.  Would recommend W R Davies .
