They double creased both of my trousers to my suits. Terrible.

They have ruined my Hobbs navy jacket with white piping and will not admit fault when the piping has turned a horrible grey colour.Hobbs have looked at the jacket and confirmed that it was not a manufacturing fault but a dry cleaning fault. I have asked to be compensated for the loss of my £159 jacket but will not move on this. I have given them plenty of chances to make this right but they will not accept responsibility for what has happened. I would never recommend that any one should use this dry cleaners!

I wouldn't trust them to clean the dogs blanket!
They ruined a cashmere jumper and took zero ownership of our complaint (we heard nothing from them for over a month and had to chase them constantly). When we did make contact, we were  told conflicting stories by their Ops Manager 'Bobby' about what had happened to our garment, and he refused to take accountability for the damage caused. Simply the most appalling customer service I've ever had the misfortune to experience!! I should also warn you that many shops outsource their cleaning to Midland. So my advice is, to avoid diabolical customer service and the ruining of your clothes, use a dry cleaner that cleans in house!
