The opening times are different to stated - 8.30 - 5.30pm. I got there for 8am as this was the opening time on google and Johnsons website and was annoyed to find it not open and the times changed by hand on the window display. As a last resort I called the shop and the lady answered and let me in as I was outside which I thought was good and she assured me she'd change the times on google and the website. I had a dry clean and a repair which cost £25 for both which I didn't think was too bad. The dress came up great and my repair was fixed earlier than expected so I could take them together. Lady was polite and knew what she was talking about. She even stayed a few minutes over for me when I got stuck in traffic on the way to collect. Personally I think 8-6 are better opening time and would suit more working people but overall a good experience.

Rude staff, awkward process, extremely overpriced.

They repaired a very small stitching tear at the bottom of my pocket. Their repair broke within an hour of wear! Their stitching was far too weak.

I also had them dry clean my suit, and it came back in worse condition than any dry cleaners I've ever used before.

Avoid this place at all costs. A horrible experience.
