Ok.. it seems this company isn’t great looking at the reviews so after the factory fire and it now having stopped trading here are our concerns.. my son was an apprentice here and has not now been paid for 2.5 months and is owed £1806 to date (13/2/18) contact was made to try and resolve this matter with “peter” and a director without success sadly, we was advised the bank accounts have been frozen by the banks (which i don’t feel is true as it should take a court order or HMRC minimum to sanction this!!) we have now gone down the Northampton county court route of claiming and hopefully will be able to seize goods to the owed value before it (likely) goes into administration. A very poor experience for my trusting young lad who is just starting out in life! We have a meeting with Andrew Mitchell later this week and have an article which will be published shortly for all to read. Very poor experience I’m sad to say! after

City Linen is using state of art machines and are by far ahead of its competitors.. In my personal reference they are leading the Linen industry in a professional manner. Also just to add they can beat any price with high quality stock for the hotel trade.. 5 star 🌟

Getting worse and worse - nobody responds to emails. Deliveries arriving later and later and more and more reject items. Stock levels never right. Looking to move or do laundry in-house as these people haven't got a clue. UPDATE 26/01/18: They had a fire which was treated as suspicious (according to owned Mark). They didnt bother to keep customers informed and deliveries were missed. We were forced to change supplier with 8hrs notice. I hope they close down and never get to treat customers this badly ever again.
