Top nosh, quantity and quality. Service very quick and very friendly staff.Good atmosphere and more to the point, you could see what you were eating ! I was in a party of eleven. We pre booked our table and choice of meals. This was a Friday evening with no spare tables ! Well done to all the staff.

Food. Everyone likes food. Especially Elvis. He loved his food. That said I didn't see Elvis here today but it's possible he was working in the kitchen as the burger choice is something to behold. I didn't have a burger. I had a steak 🥩. It was very nice. Like the time I went on a miniature locomotive with my friend Ian. 4 stars.

Our 1st visit in about 3yrs, we were hoping for some real improvements. We saw changes but that’s not the same thing. On the plus side the food was OK, though nothing special, but the portions were very generous. The staff, while friendly enough, were very young & inexperienced, this was highlighted by the lack of offer of dessert menu and when a waiter tried to take a not empty wine glass away to refill it. The lack of a wine list is also a minus. We found it very noisy, with several big groups all competing to be heard, making it difficult to hold a normal conversation across the table. Also, for couples, avoid the table by the door, unless you take a hat & scarf, it gets very cold every time the door is opened!

Lovely food with a wide and varied choice would of been a 5 star if our waitress (the older lady) would of been a bit more hospitable . Do the world a favour luv crack a smile it won't hurt you.

Popped in for a beer and some chips. Food and beer excellent. Country pub atmosphere seems to have evaporated lately.
