Just recently had a refurb. Food is great for the price. We go often on a Sunday for a roast dinner. Place fills up very quickly which speaks for itself. Staff are friendly and helpful. Chef will also come and and speak sometimes. Lovely food lovely place.

Never had a bad meal at the Eagle & Child public house in Leyland. Good choice of menu all reasonably priced. I personally enjoy their all day brunch which is fabulous value. This pub has changed management several times over the last few years. The current management and staff are all friendly and make you feel valued as a customer

Nice local pub, recently replaced the old benches with new tables so there's more space. Also the new white tiles on the back of the bar mean there's less of dark and dingey feel. Plus they've finally updated one of their lagers and have some new spirits. I'd be interested to see if the food has improved, definetely a step in the right direction!

Love this pub great food great atmosphere and great beer recently changed menu no mixed grill anymore but still a good selection
