Called one morning for a taxi to work, and was told that the taxi would be at my house within the next 10 mins. 30 mins later there was no taxi, I had to order another taxi from some where else which took 10/15 mins to get to my house, when the other taxi arrived and I set off to work that taxi then came down the road, at least 40 mins late!!!! Due to this I was late for work. Will not be using this company again!!

Absolutely awful. First and last time I’m ringing from them when I was told the “Taxi was outside but you didn’t come out” when I did not get a ring back once.

Been waiting for half an hour outside, ordered taxi well in advance to avoid that. Been told driver been and gone lol ffs. Not recommended.

I arranged a cab to pick up and take a box of goods to a destination as I was in desperate need to get something somewhere after being let down by a courier service. I am so grateful for your service today! Your customer service on the phone was faultless and you made my strange request seem like no trouble at all which was really professional and assuring.
