If you are willing to work the coach's are only to happy to help, to many people concentrate on what they can't do rather what they can do, Some GP's are to blame as well, they give out sick notes like smarties which doesn't help as you get the work shy hiding behind that little piece of paper. I was helped and my work coach really pushed me in to find my self worth, good job and now I'm happier and better off earning my own money. Yes like any place they will be good and bad ways that people will talk to you, just be the better person and rise above it. my only criticism is that some staff should, talk more privately to each other about people they are seeing. Best thing it's no-longer a place to get free money for doing nothing.

There is something fundamentally wrong at this site. There are some pleasant and helpful staff but sadly they seem to be out numbered by rude and aggressive staff. Just spoke to Nicole? And made a complaint regarding a member of her team (a young lady) calling and speaking to me like I was dirt and slamming the phone down on me. This is not the first time I’ve heard of staff being rude and this behaviour is unacceptable. Some serious retraining is obviously needed here and I will be making a further complaint higher up

The income support lady called Diane asked me a question about my sexual encounter as to how I feel pregnant with my second child. (We were on the office floor and not within a smaller enclosed office) I was shocked and stunned and plan to make a complaint. Not only this but she was 5 minutes late to the meeting, and proceeded to put her hand cream on and shove a mint in her mouth before calling me over without an apology for being late! And the action plan she wrote for me stated I was looking for work in areas I had previously worked in when I had told her in no uncertain terms that I have no plan of going to work back in offices due to my mental illness! Shocked, disgusted and very upset!

They are helping me get the perfect job , as I've just finished full time education.

Staff are great .And they have to put up with some special needs people.... if you know what I mean....
