Am absolute disgrace , I bought a watch from Ernest Jones in taunton , and not a cheap one as it was ££££ . Asked them to adjust the strap and the supervisor didn't want to assist me , instead the old lady behind the counter advised me to leave and take it to another store who maybe able to help for an additional charge.
The rudeness of the supervisor is a disgrace and lacks any customer service , Ernest Jones really need to assess their staff and service they represent

They don't answer their phone. Their record keeping is poor. Not what I'd expect in aftercare for expensive items.

What a pity that your service is so bad. My wife took her watch to Earnest Jones Taunton for a new battery to be replace on 3 March. Still not got it back 20 May. And it appears the watch has been damaged during repair process. Whereas I returned my daughters watch to the WatchShop for a replacement new battery and it was returned within 2 weeks. We deserve better service from our high street shops, how else will they survive if not through better service.
But where will I buy my next watch from??

Unable to remove a link in a watch strap because they didn't have the right tool.  A jewelers flat head screwdriver.
