Sent rugby shorts instead of shirt. When queried asjed me to return shorts at my own expense and then they would send shirt when shorts had been received. When queried further I was told I might be able to get the postage back if I put a note in parcel.
This means the rugby shirt is going to be at least one week later than wanted and I am going to have to find time to package and post at my own expense for something I didn't order in the first place.
