I travelled from Cavan on a rather stormy day to see a car here. I got stranded due to the weather and Michael kindly came to pick me up in the car I wanted... that's customer service! Got a great deal and a great car. Have done 1500 miles so far and it's in pristine condition since the day I picked up. Really nice, honest people to buy a car from and I wish Michael and Joanne all the best in their business. Highly recommended!

Most honest and open car dealer I have ever met. Has traded my old car for cash and Michael gave the best price. He was so accommodating and flexible in appointment times, even on non- open times. Even took the MOT appointment of the car I sold, paid for that and he texted me as my car passed MOT. Will happily deal with Michael for any future car purchase.

I bought a car from Michael and the team last month. I traded in my last car and they gave me a great deal. They are really friendly, helpful and do a great job. Travelled up from the south to purchase a Vw Golf. Michael had the car ready to test drive when I arrived. Car was a great drive, the rear bumper had taken a minor hit, Michael brought me down to the local bodyshop to reassure me that it was a cheap and minor fix. I bought the car, and am delighted i did so. You're not pressurised to buy in any way, and Michael offers a warranty just in case. Great dealer, would return in the future.

We first contacted Michael from Kenya a few months before we were moving to Larne and from that time he has been extremely helpful and responsive to all our queries. On our arrival in Larne we went to his garage where the friendly and welcoming service continued from both him and his wife. I was able to purchase a lovely car from him and they were also extremely helpful when it came to completing the necessary paperwork involved in the paying of road tax etc. I highly recommend his services as a friendly and very professional garage. Great service from Michael McBratney, the car was exactly as described in our telephone conversations. Michael kindly picked me up from the airport then I had an event free drive home from Larne back to East Yorkshire. It is always risky buying based upon a telephone conversation and description, however in this respect there is no problem with Michael. Thoroughly recommended!

First Class Service!  Went into McBratney Motors after seeing their cars advertised in Auto Trader. I was able to take a test drive the very next day and placed an offer on the car immediately. Michael worked with my finance company from that very day. The car was ready the very next day, 4 new tyres and brake pads. they even gave me a great part exchange on my old motor, a Renault Megane... which, I was unbelievably thankful for! Actually gave me a good warranty on the new car as well! i'll be back to buy another!
