We have regularly hire a card from Lowes when we come to Northern Ireland to visit family. Taylor our main contact has always been outstanding to work with. She is responsive, efficient, and super easy to communicate with. The process always goes smoothly and we have never had an issue. Have just bought a van from these guys, the whole process was very simply and straight forward, staff in the place are very welcoming and kenny himself couldnt do enough for me, was a few problems on my end to sort out but that wasnt a problem for kenny he was able to give me the time i needed and held the van for me, great selection of cars and vans, and a really affordable price. Ill come back in about 6 months time and let yous know how my van is doing but so far so good, definitely wouldnt hesitate to buy from here again, thanks again to kenny and all the team
Recently purchased new car from Kenny at Lowes we needed to change to a 7 seater to suit the needs of our family. Nothing was to much trouble and stayed after hours on a few occasions to help us out. His after service can't be faulted, we had to contact Kenny recently about a minor issue and he sorted things quickly and efficiently with no issues. Would definitely change our car here again.
