Good food, didn't realise my partner's noodles had wheat. So we needed rice noodles. I had already been touching them, picked at them myself but the lady asked for them back. I told her she might as well leave them and just bring rice noodles 'you're hardly going to take back food that a customer had been touching and nibbling and use it again???? May as well leave them for me or whatever.' Hmm.... I wonder... Otherwise good food, friendly staff!

Is a nice restaurant, friendly staff. I did not enjoy it because there is not good vegetarian options, no guidance in the menu.They served me first a dish with fish sauce then chicken stock. They really need to stop lying on the labelling.

AVOID! I placed an order for delivery and paid by credit card through their website. The delivery time was supposed to be 40 minutes. No sign of it after 50 minutes so I called them and was told that they never received the order. I offered to give them the order reference number, the lady on the phone wouldn't take it and asked me to drive down with the confirmation and collect the order. I told her that I paid for delivery and wanted it delivered. She said she couldn't access the order system and nothing had come through. I offered to email the confirmation I had to her, she said she was new and didn't know the email address. I asked to speak to the manager but was told the manager had gone home and left her on her own and no experienced staff were there. She said that if I drove down to collect the order, she would call the manager and the manager would be there by the time I arrived. So I had to drive down, show the confirmation of my order and wait for them to cook it. I had ordered a pork dish and confirmed this again in the restaurant. I asked to speak to the manager, only to be told that the manager wasn't answering the phone and couldn't be reached. The same lady told me that they have had this problem with their website many times before and I should use a third party website to order (If they know this is a frequent issue with their website then why not fix it?!) Didn't even get a refund of my delivery charge. After all of that, I got back home to find they had given me a prawn dish instead of pork! I'm allergic to prawns.. So after a 50 minute wait for an order that never arrived, paying a delivery charge and having the inconvenience of having to drive down to collect my order, I got a dish that I couldn't eat! Tried numerous times to call them again (still within opening hours) and the phone just kept ringing out! I will never order from them again! Worst. Service. EVER!
