I've just moved to the Chippenham area and my partner highly recommended MGS Garage. I took my Passat along for it's annual service and MOT and was most impressed by their service. Despite being very busy, they managed to fit me in at short notice and were very helpful and thorough. I got probably the most detailed service report that I've got from any garage. It's a family run garage with very friendly staff who clearly love what they do. They have found another regular customer.
What can I say but absolutely fantastic first class customer service. My vehicle recently broke down nearby and I had it recovered to MGS so they could investigate the problem with my car. Although the car was actually seized and had to be towed back to the dealership I purchased it from, they couldn’t have been more helpful. They always called me with updates and even let me know when the vehicle was collected unlike the shower of $hit dealership I purchased from that sounds like Berrys. I would most definitely recommend MGS and would gladly have my servicing done by them if it was not for the fact I live 170 miles away :- .
I recently had my MOT and Cambelt done on my Audi A3. I was blown away by how fabulous the service was, the staff were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this family run garage for their exceptional work. Thank you so much!!
Bought a lovely Nissan juke was offered a very good part exchange price for my car, l was impressed from start to finish how well l was looked after and will be happy to take my car back there for mot's l wasn't made to feel like l was being taken advantage of as a lone female and would recommend
Would never have chosen this garage if it was not for a recommendation from a friend. Amazing customer service as soon as I walked in was greeted by friend warm team. I think I have found my new garage for all my MOTs and servicing on my cars going forward.
Came to the garage originally with my BMW that was experiencing issues shock. They were so helpful and accommodating and did everything they could to fix it. Unfortunately BMW had to take it back to repair as it was such a niche issue but MGS went above and beyond to help. Seeing me at short notice, giving me lifts to and from work when they had my car, spoke to specialists on my behalf etc. I have since bought a car from them and 3 years later it is still going strong and passing MOT's. Service is FANTASTIC as always, I don't feel like I am ever being exploited financially and the best part is they are genuinely nice people! I would not take my car anywhere else!! HIGHLY recommend!
Lovely, friendly and efficient staff who provided courtesy as requested and called as soon as the MOT and service were completed. Very happy and will use again!
I bought my Peugeot 308 from Mike in January and it’s a great motor. I am so happy with it. Customer service is amazing at MGS, Matt and Mike were very accommodating, honest and friendly. Mike even give me a lift from work to collect my new car. Can’t recommend them enough, great service.
My family and l can not fault MGS.. they re so helpful and accommodating...we have bought cars from them and get all our cars MOT & servicing there. Such a friendly team and they go out their way to help or find something that's needed for your car. They are honest people and won't rob you blind. So glad to of found an honest garage.
Absolutely brilliant garage!! First experience with these guys was for front disks and pads today. So friendly and professional, easy to talk to and very helpful! Also unbeatable prices, definitely going to be returning in the future!
