Wouldn't spend a single penny here.  Was fobbed off with some nonsense about car hasn't been been seen by ws so can't test drive.
It's been on website for a few weeks....im sure if I'd turned up in a newer car and  "looked richer" it would have been a different story.
I wasn't after a 3 day test drive just a whizz about to see how the automatic grarbox changed.  As it happens I would have most likely purchased the car if he could have been bothered with me.
I will be looking at a honda somewhere else.
Mitsubishi swindon treated me correctly and where very helpfully. They had a new in used car and was fine to test on trade plates.
It felt like I was more of a nuisance than anything else.

Service booked in plus test drive.   The service dept and sales dept forgot about me ,   sales had no test drive car OR the service dept have a loan car. Makes me wonder if they forgot anything while servicing the car.  Only happy point is that the car had a lovely clean  and the staff did appologise..

I have bought 2 cars here and have also used their service department, The staff are friendly and welcoming and I was very pleased with the deal I received and the service, I would happily purchase again and have no reason for any complaint, everything was very smooth from test drive to sorting out the paperwork, all the controls were explained on handover and I left completely satisfied. Definitely a 5 star experience and thank you very much to everybody at Blade in Chippenham. I will be recommending you to my friends and family.

Everything was fine until the salesman tried to get my mum to sign the test drive form without going over it or even really giving her time to read it.  Reason being their excess is £5000! He then tried to tell me this is an industry standard (I have tested plenty of cars and typically excesses tend to be £300-500). He then miraculously managed to reduce it to £500. We left without even bothering to drive the car.
