Absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff and the service. I thought that opening an account and getting your card would take at least a week. But this bank proved me wrong. I came in, said I wanted a cash account and just handed a passport and within 1 hour I had my own activated card and online banking details plus a safe. I even got a prize for guessing the amount of coins I was putting into my account for free.n I also loved the contemporary layout and environment especially how it is very pet friendly. Thank you Metro Bank! Best Bank for quickly opening accounts!

Opened a new account in the office and all set in one hour. You feel comfortable, everything is made easy, very friendly staff. Even my iPhone app was set up here with any hassle. So happy with them that I opened another account at home and came back to collect my debit card within minutes. Well done!

Complete waste of time, tried to open a new business account. Needed an appointment so waited around town for over an hour, sat in the bank for another 40 minutes waiting to be seen, went through all the legal stuff to be told to come back and sign some paperwork - after chasing them up we get a call that our custom isn't good enough for them. I wish I just stayed with my current bank but thought I'd give these a go. Heed the warning signs, review sites are full of negative experiences - everyone cant be wrong. Save yourself the time and annoyance and not to mention a mark on your credit file and use an established high street bank. Complete day wasted.

Full 5 stars to the superb, shiny interiors. Looks like a Casino ! 😉 And plus 1 extra star for whole week of branch open and 12 hours (0800-2000) operation timings on weekdays. This puts even Tesco to shame, in matter of timings 😜 Other features yet to be explored ☺

Not the best bank in Swindon town centre it's the last thing the town needed is a new bank saying that the staff are nice and friendly
