I went into the Swindon branch of Barclays on Saturday the 8th October 2022 at approx 1.30pm. I sat and waited for 30min then I was seen by a polish lady, I asked her if she could do a bank transfer to my solicitor and she said it would cost me £25 as it had to be paid by chaps and that she couldn't do it anyway, yet it's free to do it through online banking but I'd have to send two separate payments. it's absolutely disgraceful the way this bank doesn't seem to care about it's customers anymore.
I went in today and I have severe anxiety, I was so nervous, immediately the ladies put me at ease took care of me and my issue was sorted within minutes! I couldn’t be more thankful, they really helped me in more than one way today!
I got scammed using my Barclays account and they refunded the money quickly and unbureaucratically. I couldn't be any more grateful!
Self service tills were pretty straightforward, screens large and clear for instructions. Someone was available to help but I didn't need to ask.
I never went through such a situation with Barclays yesterday the lady who was serving upstairs at the branch was so unhelpful with no smile atall. Very disappointed. Some of these staff need to be changed.
The ladies here are absolutely magnificent and deserve 6 stars plus. They helped me unlock my credit card account, which proved rather difficult and challenging, but they never gave up even 30 mins after branch had closed and headed to the Bank Holiday, and was still assisting with the upmost of professionalism, thanks so much!

Arrived 30 minuets early to beet the que. Came and qas guided by a lovely lady to the business banking desk to be rudely spoken to by Heather who has absolutely poor customer service skills i was told to "wait till I'm ready" then "come here then" if it wasn't for the business I wouldn't use them anymore in fact I'll be using another bank very soon
Staff were very helpful
Counter closes at 14:00. Only automated service after that.
