We went fairly 241 breakfast with the spree book and it was a lovely breakfast with nice tea. The flowers looked beautiful outside too

The best tea room in Yarmouth, lovely cakes as well it even as a  old fashion penny arcade at the back of the tea room. As really beautiful flowers outside in the garden. I really do recommend this place to have a lovely cup of tea and coffee old fashioned style.

Have been going here for years, the food is great and there is a lovely selection to choose from. The cakes are very good the fudge is delicious. I have never had a complaint. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I really recommend you try it for yourself.

Marvellous sandwiches and desserts, friendly staff. Only comment would be slightly lacking toilet facilities but food couldn't be better.
