We came for a meal while on holiday we needed a few essentials for our holiday home while we were away and as we were there we thought we would have some food.nThe store itself is very out dated, the café for example the tablets/chairs were absolutely dirty and sticky!nThe toilets are absolutely disgusting and seems to never be cleaned.nThe staff are lovely though very polite and friendly and got time for you which they would get a ten out of ten. Just the store which has scored the low grade as hygiene and health and safety is important.

10 July 2:45pm  I went to collect the delivery, first I went to the reception and I told a lady that she has come to collect my order, she opened the door and gave me the delivery bag in a very angry manner.nBut when I started to scan the order I could not scan because the order number was written randomly.  I told the lady to give me a pen she asked me to wait I waited then when I asked for the pen she got very angry and at one point gave the pen but could not complete the order number she forcefully took the pen from me.nnI just came to say that it was not my job to write the order number but still I am writing because it is not written correctly.  You have treated me very awkwardly without thanking mennI was really hurt by that woman's behavior.  I never expected such behaviornI am drawing the attention of the higher authorities so that he does not misbehave with anyone.nThank you.

I do my weekly shop here and this is the 4th week in a row that there has been broken fridges, water all over the floor and even water on the floor by the tills today. There was a severe lack of stock - so much that I had to finish my shop elsewhere. This store really needs to get its act together or I will be shopping elsewhere permanently

Staff are brilliant,  prices are stupid. Freezers are defrosting and water all over some aisle.  Shameful for a company so big to not spend money on the store. Been happening for months.

The shop is nicely situated in gorleston. The staff are very helpfull and know there jobs. The meat and fish counter are quite cheep and very fresh. The prices are as the same as marks and spencer. The wines are all good and plenty to chose from. The parking is free and plenty of it. It is disabled friendly so no worries. The shop might be a bit more expensive than Tescos extra charges but the food speaks for its self.nVery happy apart from prices.
