Food was very good. Served quickly and the food was a good temperature. A bigger plate and the food not piled on top would be preferred . I thought the sausages would be bigger, however they were very tasty as was the bacon. Branded sauce would be nice. Make it chargeable if it is an issue, the sachets are very vinegary. I will eat there again 😀

Former UK's biggest breakfast. A must stop off for blokes who like eating and for anyone who likes a good, hearty English breakfast in a clean, well run diner.

Ordered two breakfasts from the Yarmouth branch - 28/01/17 - one diy and one fat boy and was told there would be a wait of over an hour and a half, I explained that was absolutely fine and was given a response like I was being an inconvenience to the lady on the phone, made me feel completely uncomfortable due to how rude she was being and when reading my order her whole attitude was again as if it was an inconvenience. Food arrived, all hash browns were completely overcooked, I don't know what had been added to the tinned tomatoes but it was a complete salty overload, hair wedged between the toast, sauté potatoes were like they had been sitting all day - dry/stale and just generally an awful experience. The bill came to £23 and that was for two extremely poor breakfasts. The only positives I have of the whole experience was the sausages and the delivery lady; absolutely lovely woman. I don't make a habit of complaining but i wouldn't want anyone else to order and receive what I did yesterday and waste their money. Phone staff need training in customer relations.

Absolutely poor service. There's no rush at all and they are slow at processing every thing. Poor place to go.
