I came here for fixing the brakes of my 2007 Jaguar S-Type,which had a problem during my England round trip. They were extremely professional and fixed everything very fast. Very friendly people and very competent! I can recommend them! Thank you!!!
Merit were recommended by two neighbours. I had a puncture although I was told on arrival that the waiting time was an hour, they dealt with the puncture almost straight away. They had a constant stream of clients. I received fast efficient friendly service. Considering how busy they were they dealt with everyone very politely. Well done guys. We highly recommend.
Went in with a badly misaligned wheel after hitting a pothole. The team were transparent, did their best and got me on my way in a very short time. Great service - Recommended!
They helped me out with a new tyre for my car when no else could help me. Was provided with exceptional and quality service. Highly recommend their services, you will not be disappointed.
Great team, working really hard and going out if their way to finish a job. I booked my car in for an MOT, it failed, but they were able to fix the tyre and retest on the same day!

Specialist in wasting your time, if you are prepared to waste time on this understaffed shop. Be prepared to wait for hours!
Was recommended this branch by someone who said they’re good with fitting tpms sensors. However the customer service is very poor. Called them last week on Saturday on 3 occasions, said they were really busy and the wait time is about 2 hours. Was advised to turn up around 3:30 - 4pm as it wouldn’t be as busy, arrived at 3:30pm and was told they can’t fit me in. They had another 5 jobs before me and wouldn’t be doing overtime. I didn’t travel 30 mins to then be turned away. Disappointing service so won’t going their again! Seems as though businesses such as this one are making too much money if they can turn customers away. Management need some training on customer experience.
Highly recommended garage. Took my car in at short notice and Craig pulled out all stops to attend to my flat tyre as quickly as he could - bearing in mind they were very busy. It turned out it wasn't a flat tyre, but a problem with my wheel which he has done his best to fix old car in the short time available to him. So I am delighted to find that Merit's is not a rip-off merchant, but a good team with very pleasant staff and a 'can-do' attitude.
