Rickwood Car Sales

MAKE SURE THEY HONOUR YOUR AGREEMENT!!!! After finding what seemed like the ideal car I have been looking for on Rickwood's website, I arranged to drive up (a four hour round trip!) two days later, which was agreed and the man on the phone said call in the morning to confirm. After trying to call eleven times over 45 minutes and being directed to the answer phone machine, I left a message saying we were on our way and would be there at the time we agreed. On arrival (dead on 1.30), the useless man in the office said 'oh we have just sold it, you should have called I told you to.' No apology- even after I said we tried calling several times and left a message hours prior to arriving- 'oh well I didn't pick it up'. Totally and utterly frustrating. Waste of time and money!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a superb BMW 3 series from Rickwood car sales, the car is absolutely perfect and the level of service offered at the dealer was refreshingly helpful and genuine. Peter was a pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase, and the finance was all organised via the garage with their regular finance providers. I hope to use you again in future. Thanks again.
