Excellent service. I have been using their services for the last 10 years. Polite and professional service. Pleasant space to relax if you wish to wait. Great communication. The health check video was comprehensive and helpful. Car was collected the next day without any issues. Toilet facilities. Parking is difficult. Near the tube which makes dropping off and picking up the car a doddle!
Neil provided outstanding customer service when I bought my new A-Class. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I appreciated the frequent calls from himself and the managers and how efficiently all the paperwork was emailed over to me. Handover was perfect! I highly recommend Neil and this retailer if you are looking for a new car!
Service staff let the brand down. Dropped off car and picked it up with the same issue and new faults. They did not bother testing it to see if the fault had rectified even though I asked for them to make sure. More concerned with doing the bare minimum than giving the customer a better pleasant experience I think the brand need to look into staff moral as clearly it must be on a low. Yes I have an after market grille on the car but that was the perfect scape goat for a team that is not interested in rectifying an issue which was there before said grille. You know this is true when the service manager ultimately says ‘we do not want to spend hours investigating’ and the other says ‘you are under warranty so replacing the part will not cost anything however I know it will not fix the issue’.nnSaying we have replaced the part and it has not rectified the issue means a happy customer but it also means more investigation. You can guess which they preferred. Nb; they replaced two parts in the car that did not fix the other issues and had to delve deeper until resolved as there were no after market elements to blame.nnAlthough the response to this post will undoubtedly be well written and may include technical jargon, just know the service team are a bare minimum bunch. Maybe it is a Sytner thing maybe a Loughton thing or maybe it is just me and everyone else has exceptional service and has the extra mile gone for them. I am pretty reasonable and I know good service when I experience it. This was not it.nnPs I was not going to post this but I realised that people have the same experiences and think it is isolated that is probably why things may not change.nnAlso special thanks to Simran she was very attentive.nnUpdate: 21/5/24 - I emailed the dealer as per their instructions a few days after posting the review and I was swiftly ignored.
First time here and believe me when i say they are so polite and excellent customer service. They kept me updated with all the works being done on my vehicle, i was very happy with everything. The branch is very clean and the staff makes sure you are taken care off. Come here if you want a good service and your car taken care off. Definitely recommend Demi, she made sure everything was taken care off.
Outstanding service from Max Watson who recently joined at Mercedes-Benz Loughton showroom. I walked into the dealership in the beginning of the May and within 2 weeks of my visit, we collected our new GLE. Max provided all the necessary information we needed and kept us informed after placing the order. When I picked my new car up Max took the time to explain all the car’s new features that I may otherwise not have know existed.nnExceptional experience and enjoying our new car.
