Excellent service. I have been using their services for the last 10 years. Polite and professional service. Pleasant space to relax if you wish to wait. Great communication. The health check video was comprehensive and helpful. Car was collected the next day without any issues. Toilet facilities. Parking is difficult. Near the tube which makes dropping off and picking up the car a doddle!

Went in looking for an Approved Used vehicle, specifically asked for one that has NOT been accident damaged/repaired. Luckily I discovered after looking in great detail that the vehicle I was being sold had been previously accident damaged and unrecorded with insurance. Never trust a sales person and do your own checks. Check those panel gaps and make sure everything lines up straight. You'd think that would've already been done with an Approved Used right?nnIt wont let me respond to the owners reply, so i'll edit my original post and reply here. Richard Franklin, your customer satisfaction and customer service is wonderful, what you need to fix is your quality of Used Approved and not try to sell customers accident damaged vehicles when they have specifically asked not to have one.
Neil provided outstanding customer service when I bought my new A-Class. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I appreciated the frequent calls from himself and the managers and how efficiently all the paperwork was emailed over to me. Handover was perfect! I highly recommend Neil and this retailer if you are looking for a new car!
Fantastic service.nTook my c class in for a part replacement and diagnosis. Upon arrival I was greeted by Liam at the car park who checked me in. I found him to have a warm, welcoming, friendly and professional attitude. While checking in I had a question which was answered by Liam.nI then went inside and had dealings with Josh who was very professional.nUpon leaving I received a text message from Sytner Loughton with the name of the assigned consultant, who said I can reply to the message anytime for updates and queries while my car is at the workshop . I was really impressed with this as I felt I had a direct line of communication with them. My consultant was Mohammad again I was impressed with him, when I requested an update halfway through the day he phoned me and gave me a full update.nnThank you Mercedes Loughton.
