John at Gates in Harlow organised a 2 day test drive of their Mustang EV. Great service from start to finish. Really friendly, quick to process on the day and knowledgeable about the car. No wonder the showroom was busy on the Monday I picked up the car. Great car too.... If you want a family sized EV with some character try the Mustang.
Very efficient and very helpful. It was wonderful they collected the car from my home when they said they would and gave me a courtesy car to drive and they returned my car when they said they were going to. Fantastic service
I bought a car from the branch and they kept it in service before I received it and after 4 days I bring it back to service because had issues. It didn't pass a 1 week. You go to the store and tell them to do something, but the contrary they did what they want it, I think my wife is a better mechanic then them... A quick advice: Think not twice but ten times if you want to buy it, and just buy it from online because you will have 14 days of change your mind, otherwise they tell you is not a toy if you want to return itBECAUSE YOU HAVE REAL PROBLEM
I have purchased 5 vehicles from Gates over the last few years and always been well looked after by staff.nThe showroom is always spotlessly clean, well lit and has a seated refreshment area.nI have taken the service plans on all vehicles as it saves on big bills when service time comes round.nI would happily recommend Gates to anyone looking to by a new/used Ford car.nAnother year and another service done well and communication is always good.nI really appreciate the videos the service engineer sends as it shows me what’s right or wrong, I know I’m not being misled into paying for more than I need too.
