I've been a loyal Mephisto customer for 15 years, and my recent experience at the store was by far the best. Kim's exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and personalised attention led me to purchase not one, but four pairs of shoes. His expertise and friendly demeanour made me feel confident in my purchases, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you, Mephisto Shoes, for having such a wonderful team!
I paid £235 for a pair of Olimpia sneakers in May. By September the heels had worn through to the white undersole. I complained by email and it took a month to tell me I had to take them back to the shop. The shop then contacted the same department I had been emailing to be told it was my fault because of the way I walked! This is not a problem I’ve ever had before with Mephistos or any other shoes. Avoid this style, it is a bad design with an inadequate sole. Very disappointing in a brand I have previously been loyal to.
I bought two pairs of shoes in separate visits to the London store in the last few months. As well as being pleased with the shoes both from the Mobils range and very comfy, the service was excellent - a particular thanks to the manager who thoughtfully gave me an umbrella to protect my lovely suede shoes when I was unprepared for the rain on my recent second visit.
Fantastic shoes. Really Comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and I got a Service with a smile. Highly recommend you to buy these shoes. ESP if you walk a lot. I bought Rebeca perf. And my husband bought the algoras shoes. Happy feet. Happy customers

My wife Anne-Marie, has been wearing Mephisto shoes since 1995 and shopping at the London store since 2006. Ali and Kim really went the extra mile with us. Because we now live well outside London, they spent a lot of effort and time on the phone and with emails making sure that my wife got the shoes she needed without having to make the long trip to the capital. We highly recommend both men for their service, and also recommend Mephisto shoes for their incredible comfort.
I paid by credit card for two pairs of shoes total cost £500 spoke to Ali refused to give me free postage which I find very greedy when most shops spend £100 postage is free and then checked out a few of the shops online and I could’ve saved £50 on each pair with free postage check out other shops you will definitely get your shoes considerably cheaper elsewhere . Don’t be a mug
Excellent customer service by the team, especially the manager. The shoes are attractive, comfortable and well made. I always enjoy my visits to this shop.
This store had an extensive collection of shoes and was very well maintained as is the case of most shops in London but it completely fell short in customer service. The female shop attendant couldn’t have been bothered to show me options for my particular request and acted like it was a chore to get extra sizes when I wasn’t sure of my UK sizing. She eventually did find me a pair I liked in my size but it felt like she was bored and irked by the task. Rolling your eyes and acting busying by talking to your colleague ensuring your customer can’t ask you anything is a great tactic to NOT make a sale! The Male shop attendant came in a bit later and made an odd comment about my handbag being left unattended on the bench although my husband was sitting right next to it! I still ended up buying a pair of sandals but it was not only an uncomfortable experience but one of the worst I’ve ever had in London!
Fantastic shopping session yesterday, this fantastic girl served me, didn’t manage to get her name, she was very helpful and I’m very happy with my purchase.
