Live tracking showed package with driver at 9am with no real time updates. At 5pm with no delivery and no way of contacting them I called sender who advise that MDL had found no one in-having been in all day I guarantee no attempt was made to deliver and tomorrow I cannot guarantee to be in.

I arrived in Edinburgh 7 days ago traveling with Lufthansa, my bags were removed form the plane along with all of the other passengers before departure, they were apparently sent on the next morning to Edinburgh. Menzies are the handling agents in Edinburgh, I have called them over 50 times, left voice mail messages, been to the airport, tried to email and sent SMS messages. I have heard nothing. It is incredibly frustrating and upsetting.

Disgraceful company that has absolutely no regard for customers.  Papers are now almost always late.  The unfortunate situation is that there is no other company that delivers papers so I'm stuck with theses fraud merchants.

Unsure if this is correct listing but I’d like to thank Lyndsey and the team for their help on Tuesday 22nd October after my cancelled flight. First of all there was a complication getting me on the flight and Vuelling were less than helpful. Lynsey k we heard and managed to help.  The flight was then cancelled the team handled it perfectly even though it was Vuellings wrong doing.

I am amazed that you have so few reviews! We in the north-east of Scotland, are completely discomnuckerated with your inability to to deliver newsprint at an early enough time; this has been going on since Menzies gained a newsprint monopoly! If there another delivery system available, I should jump, leap and dance to have such an opportunity! Jim Pickering, Crimond.

All sorts of excuses but didn't co e when booked and our parcel was late to arrive

for the past two weeks the Sunday times delivered to Coop gildersome leeds has the magazine and inserts missing . The newspapers have been left in the rain outside ,What is going on ?

Been waiting on your phone lines for over 20 mins if a could give  negative 5 stars a would cowboys ! Papers never show up on time !
