Some of the staff could be a bit more hands on with the offers ti customers and a smile or 2 from the gentleman staff wouldn't go a miss bar that food is cracking can't fault it 10/10 an parking is grate, could do with a link of paint ti make it more appealing time the customers but it is a garden center after all. Grate offers with in store shame they are shared with a selection of customers. All in all I give this a 3 half stars time 4 stars

Breakfast was not the best. Considering we were in early the bacon was way over cooked, sausages under cooked and the toast was warm bread. Only ended up here as the compass opening times are 10.00, not early enough for breakfast but will give a try next week as it must be better that what I've just had.

Large garden centre, good gift centre and most staff knowledgeable on gardening and can direct you to what you may need. Cafe is OK, not keen on much other than sandwich and tea.  REMEMBER if you want butter or margarine on sandwich/roll/ etc uou have to ask for it! This is increasingly common on many eateries. All toilets on one level and clearly marked and generally very clean. Disabled parking outdide but often not enough. This not helped when able bodied people park there. Late opening hours during summer and tun up to Xmas.

Disabled parking available.
Ramped access with automatic doors.
Premises on one level.
Wheelchair accessible toilet available although it is awkward to use.
Coffee shop facilities are also awkward as there is a tray rail in front of the counter making it difficult to reach most displays. Staff will assist with carrying food (if you ask).
Externally some of the plant displays can be difficult to manoeuvre round and there are a number of cracked slabs which can catch front wheels.
Accessibility is generally good but visits are a bit let down by staff who don't seem very friendly or overly willing to help.

Love their coffee and best scones anywhere, the staff in the restaurant are such lovely and helpful staff. We are regular users and wouldn't go anywhere else.
