Will not shop there ever again - the stores are brilliant, the parking enforcement at the park is another story. Claiming you enter a contract to trespass onto the land out of ours with very poor signage which is hardly noticeable in the dark. Please install barriers if there is meant to be no parking out of hours.

In needs of a bit of renovating. Not many shops here, Halfords and a B&Q. Across the road there's Next with Costa coffee inside, Argos then Sports Direct next door. With a large Range nearby

Wouldn't call it a retail park. Shops are ok but the layout is horrendous

Owned by a disgusting company called EXCEL PARKING that will happily rob you blind. This place was free for years, but has suddenly been taken over and is back to being a pay and display carpak. There were no signs up at the start however, and I literally parked there for less than ten minutes and received a £100 fine for it.

Apparently, they have a long history of this... An elderly lady was fined over £500 (and lost in court) because she put the wrong reg number it... She put a 0 instead of an O. This person paid for their parking and, due to a legitimate mistake, was successfully fined.

If anyone has conjured the art of legally stealing from people, it's these people.

I will not park there anymore after this, and I urge everyone to do the same.
