I purchased a suit / unstitched and on opening/ checking found it to be faulty as it had a cut in the front panel. They have a returns facility but they have not provided a prepaid postage label yet they sent faulty good!! I've tried to call them and the number rings and welcomes you but then it cuts out. I phoned the Luton and Birmingham numbers and there is no response. I've sent emails and they have responded but not provided a prepaid postage slip!! So do I have to pay to post back a faulty item!!! This is not acceptable!! I have sent another email yesterday and await their response regarding a postage label as if their items were quality checked this would not happen!!:'
