THEY HAVE A FORCED POLICY OF NOT PROVIDING SALE RECEIPT FOR CUSTOMERS AND REFUSE REFUNDS. YOUR TOLD TO BUY SOMETHING IN RETURN OF ANY REFUND EVEN IF YOU DON'T WANT TO I DON'T THINK THIS IS IN LINE WITH UK CONSUMERS RIGHTS.
We travelled all the way from london and purchased around 6 suits from here. The old man with slick black hair was very rude and agressive when we were in search of sizes. He seemed like he had enough of us and was throwing the clothes at us in an angry manner. His behaviour was very rude and abrupt, he laughed and fat shamed my sister when she requested a smaller size. Good prices but disgusting customer service .
The women of the shop was really rude, she was dragging my clothes on the floor, didn't even cared a bit that my clothes was getting dirty, she has no manners, was moody as well. I wouldn't gu o back there again.

Brilliant, fast, friendly service. First shop I went to from Leicester and brought my suit straightaway! Reasonable prices and nice quality. Would definitely recommend
Shocked and deceived. I recently bought a bulk of pieces from this shop. The shopkeeper had the audacity to tell me it would be more expensive online and as i was wedding shopping i trusted him and went for it. Given he had recommended a website, we checked on there for dresses for the walima. Turns out the very dresses we had purchased from him were £30! CHEAPER on the website. I am thoroughly disgusted. He did refund us the money without hassle. I just found his mannerism and service rude and very obtuse. The sales assistant was a pleasure the work with. She spent a lot of time the day before picking out dresses for us and even today, remained neutral in the talks.
