WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!  My sister gifted me a suit from this shop, went to change it the very next day with my sister the lady said its fine we can have an exchange no refund  she did try showing me a few other outfits  that were rusting away they were not suitable to my taste after browsing for while i didn't really like anything, at this point i was feeling frustrated, however when other customers asked for new styles she pulled out a nice suit which i liked & i asked if she had another suit like this to which she replied yes we do BUT you cant have an exchange to this suit, i said why not? we are willing to pay the difference this suit was £20 extra her reply was this is our policy at this point i was really shocked she also said i cant do anything for you what kind of nonsense is this i ended up walking out of the shop disappointed & left with the same suit i walked in with I do not recommend this place to anyone
