Just been in the this store never will i visit again .my  grandson was crying a bit distressed the assistant came over to measure his feet didnt even try for a minute before giving up rude rude rude never again no time for children but time to go and have a chin wag at the till area with 2 other staff

Very Shocking Customer Service from one of the lady with grey hair and glasses went to exchange shoes giving me bad attitude and could be bothered so got a refund instead. Never going back again.

Went into Edward meeks ashton under lyne store today to get my little boy some more school shoes, and a lady with grey hair who worked there was unhelpful and very stuck up, won't be shopping there again.
