I went to collect aftershave I had ordered online for Christmas from your Northcott branch. The lady on the perfume counter and the lady who was gift-wrapping were absolutely lovely. Couldn't have been more helpful. They are both a credit to your store.

I’m not being funny but if you’re looking for Christmas presents they do a Christmas club and I bought all my Christmas presents this year in here - everything from Bessie Bags, Jessica purses to XL pallets. Tan mits, other makeup, jewellery and the list is endless. The Christmas club runs from start of November and you can pickup everything you need with a min deposit of £10 and pay it off by 16th Dec

Absolutely useless, had my prescription from my doctor for 4 days. Never bothered to complete it and when I went to collect it there were 4 items out of stock and another item missing from what they had dispensed. Incompetent is a kind description of the service.

Atrocious.,very unwell,asked for  home delivery  TWICE.  Never came. My medication as is most very important,  how is this duty of care.the

They are always super busy but so helpful & they do try to get you sorted as soon as possible with your prescriptions etc. The staff are lovely

Extremely friendly staff and always have my script on time as they know I get a taxi down. Really impressed with their customer service x

try phoning their number to check if your pills are in - takes forever for someone to pick up. nightmare

Yankee candles were discounted enough said
