okay, staff dont do their job half the time

Beverley Chemist has been serving my family for years. It has recently undergone a refurbishment and change of staff. In light of other pharmacies closing and staff shortages due to Covid the staff are being pushed to the limit. I've heard so much complaining and bad comments aimed at staff whilst having to queue outside. I'm sure the staff are trying their best and the system is far from ideal but neither are the current times we're living in. I'd like to offer encouragement to the pharmacists and staff of Beverley Chemist, commend them for continuing to serve our community and wish them all a happy new year in the hope that things will get better. Thank you and God bless.

Only my 5th time in the Pharmacy and my second walking out after a 10+ min wait and going elsewhere. Seems to be that unless they know your face they won't serve you. On the 2 occasions I've left - a member of staff has watched me walk in before going in the back. I've waited patiently at the till. They only reamerge once someone they know enters and stands at the other till who proceeds to get served first. Wouldn't believe it if it hadn't happened to me personally. I will say that on both occasions it's been the same staff member
