Having worked with Siemens Financial Services for a year now, I can say with confidence that their team is one of the most professional temas I've engaged with. Their expertise is extremely clear when engaging with them about the sectors they finance. What they seem most proud of, and rightfully so, is their intimate knowledge of the areas they finance. They know the challenges that their respective sectors face and the types of assets, equipment, ect. that will normally be financed. A really great team that I'm delighted to have worked with. Here's to many more years ahead of us!
Dreadful company to do business with. No morals or care and consideration for their customers. Use untrustworthy companies to sell their leases then walk away and take no responsibility. The CEO only replied to my letter after 2 months when I refused to reply to their emails until he replied to me, then it was a one liner. Only interested in money and don’t care what you are leasing or how much you are being ripped off as long as they make money. Disgraceful.
We have used Siemens FS for 10 years. Over the years we have formed trusted personal relationships that always meet our needs. They take time to understand our business requirements and the equipment we need to finance. Therefore they are always our first choice of support when we are investing. First class, approachable & professional- highly recommended.
When we were in the market for medical equipment, Siemens Financial Services provided an excellent service from beginning to end. From my initially conversation with Sally Whybrow she understood our busines needs and provided us with a suitable plan to meet our startup requirements. I would highly recommend Siemens Financial Services.
Most negative experience of my life dealing with this organisation. They had no flexibility, no fairness, no conscience, it was like talkling to a bunch of robots. In my opinion this company had robbed me. I used their service for 8 months and they have charged me for the full 7 years of the lease, inspite of having no equipment and no access to any services that I have been charged for. Would Siemens negotiate and come up with a fair compromise, NO! This company is pathetic as are the staff including the CEO who all sing from identical hymn sheets not having a thinking, compromising brain between them. Avoid this company like the plague!
We have been dealing with Siemens Finance over the last 3 years. As a small business have found them very supportive and easy to deal with, especially Sally Whybrow who has fully understood the needs of our business and has helped us enormously, with our existing and our future financial dealings with Siemens.
In the short time i have been dealing with this company i have found it frustratingly difficult to get someone on the phone or a reply to emails. I am actually writing this while waiting for the phone to be answered, 12 mins in right now ! if they had answered the phone I may not be writing this i would be too busy talking !
Sally Whybrow at Siemens Financial Services SFS could not have been more helpful during our recent purchase and the rates from SFS were certainly competitive. We are certainly happy to recommend SFS and in particular the service provided by Sally.
These guys seem to hide behind cloaks of other companies that act as brokers for them, they passed incorrect information to insurers, meaning that what they should have insured was insured at the incorrect address. Luckily we had the assets inured individually via our own insurers. Poor communication, Poor Customer Services, Poor Administrations, poor selection of agents and brokers....... so just poor.... if you want to get yourself really frustrated and wound up by companies that don’t care...... choose these, alternatively take your business somewhere that it will be appreciated.
