Kept waiting to do a transfer. I was advise it will take 15 minutes but was 55 wait no service. This is a disregard for customer time. Customer service slight poor. I left no service.

Staff if very helpful and friendly, I visited branch for certification of docs. They did with smile. Off course little bit waiting is required because of customer foot fall.  This branch is always busy, so expect little delay or wait in Q. So don't expect instant help, team will come and guide when we are in Q.  Overall I am satisfied with service from this branch.

Best Customer Service Experience Ever:  I am not a Barclays Customer but I transferred some money by mistake in someone's bank account Barclays I am no longer in contact with. I wanted to reverse the transaction but told by my bank that they are unable to help me in this regard. I was turned back hopeless from my own bank. I then decided to go to Barclays, I was hopeless until I met with Kate Dennehy who is manager in Barclays, Queensmere, Slough. Kate went out of the way to help me. She gave her 100% and helped me get my money back. Kate, If you can read this... I just want to say Thank you. You are the best. You are the reason I am going to switch my bank account to Barclays.

avoid such long waiting in the customer window service

Well I made an appointment for my business account and I did tell them make sure you keep this as I need to take day off from work. BM called me after couple of days and informed your appointment cancelled as she is busy. My question is if they cant keep appointment then why they made it at first time. 2nd they sent me message via online system confirmed I've appointment with them. I thought ok they change their mind so I can attend appointment.  On the arrival they told me that they haven't updated system that's why I got this message. Long story short they waste my day by doing all this and say apologise. Ridiculous they don't have enough people.  Very disappointed.

Do not consider this place for a mortgage let alone a remortgage they are completely incompetent. I myself with a good credit rating and applied only to be rejected even though with an preliminary acceptance. I now face a mortgage payment at the higher rate of interest thanks to Barclays who failed me. I myself prided myself banking with them however now face a decision whether I should bank with them at all........

Banc manigere is rude person. I understand need wear face mask or cover. Why he shout on me. He is not profesional costumer service. Someone he left go inside with schaff covering face but on me shout need face mask, because i cover my face in schaff. And he told me im rude.

Went in branch Slough to arrange appointment regarding a mortgage around January 2020 they advise me that mortgage lender on holiday took my number and promised they will get in touch its April 2020 still waiting. Guess it wont happen now due to all changes .

I visited the Slough branch to exchange 2 of the old style £5 notes as well withdrawing some money.  The teller changed the £5 notes but unbeknown to me gave them back to me when he placed my withdrawal in an envelope.  about impressed and will be speaking to a manager!

Jacob was very helpful and solved all my problems, Jia also was great. Very good place to bank. Very friendly and efficient.
