kelly the one with faded dyed red hair has so much attitude it makes it unenjoyable and knocks me sick, dunno who she’s speaking to are we 13 in school or what ??? so rude tells everyone to shut up but don’t tell her own collegues who make the most racket anyway, all together just poor tbh all staff are lackingggg big time, very disappointed, you ain’t prime minister on your silly little podium, only good one is jack, very disappointed didn’t think it would come to this but i even prefer buzz bingo what a jokeeeeee. as well as this that kelly made some offensive and sexist remarks and tbh i think she should check herself cuz that was bang out of order and if it weren’t full of commoners in there more people would complain
Me and my family have been using mecca for a long time and the staff are nothing but amazing they go above and beyond to help you however Friday night was a whole different ball game we play slots and was cashing our tickets when we got spoken too by a blonde woman making threats to turn off the machines because she didn't get paid to wait for cash to be collected she was rude ignorant and dam well disrespectful she could see I'm nearly 72 secondary cancer and list of other illnesses life is way too short to speak to people and upsetting people because of one person you could potentially never see 4 loyal customers ever again I hope from this you look at the cctv and get her gone she's disgraceful to customers
Great place to go to waste a few quid. Food is OK for the price. It's not going to win any awards. There are plenty of options for alcohol and none alcohol drinks. They seemed clean and tidy, including the toilets. Only let down was staff spending more time outside smoking than inside.
This location was miles better than the Oldbury branch, the app was turned on for ordering drinks and the sharer portion of chicken fries was a lot more than I got at Oldbury too, so much I couldn’t eat it!nMarked down a star due to the manager a guy constantly walking around coughing during games which was off putting. Didn’t win but the staff seem friendly enough.
Normally love this club but an utter shambles tonight! Why not make people aware when entering there is NO heating working? Following that I waited for almost 20 mins to be served at the counter. I asked for my 6 free ticket offer to be added I was told I needed my physical membership card not the electronic one! As I did not have this on me no free tickets! Not sure what the point of the electronic one on my phone is? Very Dissapointing!!!
