Terrible service! £400 ball gown back with marks not removed and new stains!! Also new pulls over the material. Now unable to wear the dress Dress Never ready when was told garment would be ready. Dress was cleaned a second time after areas pointed out and came back worse! Dry cleaner was meant to phone and never called. And staff rude when saying how disappointed I was with service! Definety will not be back

Had To pay twice for my cleaning. I paid before it was done -- it's a habit of mine so I can have someone else pick it up. However as it was written 'still to pay' on ticket, and after 'apparently ' checking their till roll, my husband was refused getting his suits back today till we had paid again. Shocking!!! Not how to get customers back. I'll be telling everyone. Oh yes - and they only take cash! Hmm...
