Have used this company for a number of years now, I have never received a bad service. Clothes are washed well, smells fresh and ironed to a high level. They also catered to a specific requests I previously had. Thankyou
Seen their van in my area and decided to try. Everything profesionally cleaned, friendly staff, they're offering ironing as well as cleaning and washing. The only company which didn't complain and overcharge for child seat cover. Really recommend and definitely gonna come back.
I've been a loyal customer for around 6 years. My clothes have been increasingly coming back with oily stains from pressing equipment, covered in dirt/link and poorly pressed. Customer service in addressing my complaint has been totally poor - no calls back, every excuse under the sun, no attempt to properly resolve the problem. I will not be using them again.
I left a review yesterday regarding some damaged items . This was a nee jerk reaction and not well thought through. I would like to put the record straight -the 1st item damaged has been replaced to my satisfaction. The other two item, the ironing have said they will either replace or offer fund to compansate for the damage. I am again a happy customer ..and a loyal one . many thanks to the management of the ironing company.
Very pleased with the alteration to my skirt and it was done in less than a week. Staff are helpful and friendly.
