This is a delightfully located B&B farmhouse not far from RHS Rosemore. We stayed for two nights and our room was bright and modern, with its own on-suite. Friends had a room upstairs with an adjacent w/c. Breakfast ranged from 'full English' through scrambled egg on toast to just fresh fruit salad and yogurt. Most of which was sourced from the farm or nearby. Lucy host was most accommodating and we look forward to returning next year.

Possibly the best B&B ever..   What a setting!  The photos do not do the house justice.  We had the twin room and the view was picture-perfect.  What lovely hosts (and gorgeous, well-mannered woofs too).  Immaculate in every way.  Everything we needed for a very comfortable stay - and lovely breakfasts.  Access to local walks (like Halsdon Wood) from the door.  Great pub/restaurants near by.    Hope to be back soon.
