Very bizzare 2 stars here but the Mcdonald’s was playing really loud obnoxious country music at half 9 at night. went over to manager and they turned it down no problem that was sound ! then 10 mins later playing more loud music! completely not the vibe for mid week night mcdonald’s! strange place
Never again in this location! It's not the first time, but this time service was really bad. Been waiting for 25 minutes with an autistic woman for her favorite lunch and when I went to check on why it was taking so long did this 3 times staff just turned her back at me. That's when I got my voice up and this blonde woman manager shows up from her hide out, saying that I was abusing "her staff"??? I said I want the food or my money back so she continues to tell me I'm shouting, instead of just saying "sorry" or just give the money back. I went back to the table where I was waiting again, she came to tell me that her "staff" "the girl just lost her father the day before". Why do I need to know this? Also, if you're so interested in your staff, you should maybe have given her some paid days off, not make her work, how about that? I asked for her name and she said she's not giving it to me as I was going to do this review. Moreover, she thought I was going to get scared of her when she asked for where I was working... Disappointing management McDonald's! Also, this review is going on the McDonald's website as well as a complaint.
Nice McDonald's, had a different experience as usual, as this is the first time a McDonald's got muly order wrong, so, good work, because that means they've done a wonderful job for several years. My order was immediately corrected, staff was very friendly, even cleaned away my tablet.tge whole place was very clean as they swiped the floors constantly. Also large parking outside.
It's comforting to always get the very same tasty familiar burger and good tea/coffee. I use a little extra sugar to make the tea taste great. The speakers are a little loud but The High Flying Birds wafted about beautifully telling me "This is the Place". If you want a little quiet they have outside seating.Food: 5/5
One problem after the other. Spent few minutes ordering 4 meals on the machine to then realise the card reader was off. I told the manager when he passed by and he never put a sign on it. Later witnessed countless people trying to use it wasting their time. Restaurant was empty yet after 10 mins order was still not ready. Very rude junior staff who must have missed the training module covering courtesy. Sat down and later approached to say that there was no milkshakes. No refund of difference offered. Then later was told there was no milk for happy meals. All this was relayed in a very shouty, blunt manner. The managers are generally friendly but the others awful. Never order from machine as it dosen't have accurate stock control.
There was a long wait considering not too busy. The staff are so friendly and Helpful. Food was not cold which it can be so was happy.Food: 3/5
Best french fries Ive had at McDs. This place makes them fresh and perfect. Not the stale ones Im used to getting at every other location. Get the fries here. Sometimes we go here just for fries even when we arent hungry. Good job guys!Food: 5/5
If the person taking the order at the drive thru actually listen to your order instead of constantly interrupting to say "is that everything" constantly they might be able to get an order right. Order of 2 meals, got both wrong which is laughable.Food: 1/5
I have developed a super power. I went in this morning to buy a coffee. I was the only customer there I stood for 7 to 8 minutes to be served. Next think I knew I had become invisible. No one could see me. Several people behind the counter looked at me however apparently couldn't see me. I left ... without a coffee.... Signed The Invisible Woman.
I had take away. Terrible more than 1 hr waiting. When finally the driver collected my food. They decided to sent me a text saying that he has another order before me. I tried to cancel trough deliveroo app, she just ignored me and said that the food was on the way and I had just waited 1 hr and so for my food. I insisted for the cancellation. She ignored me and never replied back. This isn't the 1st time. Same happened to us before. Very disappointed.
