The staff go to a lot of effort. For those travelling throughout Ireland on a regular basis, it is worth bearing in mind that outlets in the Republic of Ireland offer a permanent hot drinks loyalty card - collect six stickers, one per drink, complete the card and get a seventh hot drink free. This offer is not available in Northern Ireland as it is managed by MacDonald's UK which does not provide the deal. Vegetarian options: They are very good and extensive.
Leah was the member of staff to serve us today at 3.30pm , she is a credit to this branch, me, my sister and the kids came in today for a treat and she took our food down and was so helpful with us. Thanks leah
Food is rarely ready to collect at the window, always told to park up and wait. Waited for 20 mins a few weeks ago for two meals. Never any salt, ketchup or napkins in the bag, order seldom right and staff always seem miserable! If it wasn't my only local McDonald's, I'd never go here. This franchise is in serious need of better trained staff and management.
Arrived at drive thru ordered the same meal by2… basic enough you’d think but the girl taking the order was busy with the next order , was given the wrong order, when queried it, a snotty young lady basically closed the window over ignoring what I was trying to explain. Dragged up employees. Well done
Ordered through the drive through tonight and got the McCrispy chicken meal, 2 1€ burgers and the wrap of the day. The 1€ burgers were as usual but the rest was horrible. The McChicken was dry, and had no taste. The wrap was also dry and it was hard to eat. They barely but any mayo on the wrap and the McChicken. Never going back again until this gets sorted! I hope the management can fix this issue.
Sat in in McDonald's Dundalk 30.11.22 , the place was absolutely filthy, the majority of the tables were filthy. I had to clean the table myself as there was noone around to clean it. Plenty of staff standing around the counters. It wasn't even bust at this time.
The McCrispy is a joke. The chicken is far too small for the bun. Chicken was overcooked and tough. The regular chicken sandwich is nicer. They forgot the 2 dips with the 5 chicken selects. Forgot the milk for the tea, no serviettes. Plus they seemed to forgot my drive thru order untiI I complained to staff. Check your order before leaving because the staff won't. Always good to see the Uber drivers smoking on the job, must be nice to have your food smelling like an ash tray when they hand over your food.
Busiest location I've ever seen. Queues tend to be long, particularly for the drive through. Convenient location next to the bus stop.Food: 4/5
Sorry, a bit dirty inside the restaurant. Better drive through. But it is still McDonald's, saving people all around the world of paying a fortune in food.Food: 4/5
The food is OK for what it is, you never get your dips with ur nuggets, EVER!! Even wrote notes to them for delivery and still noneFood: 3/5
