The grill was out of order, so we could only order a chicken meal. The girl taking the order had very bad English for someone in a position that deals directly with the public, and a bad attitude. Anyway, we ordered a chicken burger meal of some description, and were asked would we like plain chicken, we replied yes. We were givin buns with chicken on them and nothing else, no lettuce, sauce, nothing!!! Lol, ye couldn't make it up. After trying for so long to explain what we wanted!!! The coke was filled to the top with ice, chips were only half filled, and chicken burger had nothing on it. Just a bad kip of a burger king!! Avoid it and go to a different one as the quality is usually good.
It's ok and not the best of experiences. The people are constantly getting the orders wrong and it's usually at peak times when the store is busy. The milkshake machine hasn't been working for months now so much so that we laugh about with the staff at the drive through. I say, "let me guess....there's no point in ordering a milkshake". The staff are friendly but when under pressure they don't perform at their best.
Just waited 10 minutes outside for a flat Coke Zero and two mediocre sandwiches and before we even had time to check our order, we received a knock on the car window "Can you guys move?!" I don't expect much from BK and they still managed to disappoint.Food: 2/5

3rd time I have come here and they don't have the plant wopper. Also no real coke ..very disappointed staff are lovely but I won't be going backFood: 1/5
Worst service ever, every time it gets worse and worse. For months didn't have ice, nor any sort of proper packaging. I've received my kids meals without the chips in the bags. My child got a hair in his burger, last week the chicken nuggets where literally like rocks like i mean uneatable, my card was charged twice because the staff where too busy chatting and not paying attention. Then tried to argue with me that she didn't until I opened my online banking. If they have anymore then one car in the drive though they literally can not cope with the pressure. Today I pulled up to the drive through to be told 1 minute, okay fine no problem 8 minutes had passed the cars behind me beeping keep in mind there was 2 cars infront of me. When I then drove to the window thinking maybe they had an issue with their speaker, the woman in the picture, was extremely rude and told me I'd a problem every time I come to get food telling me to drive around again. No you and your workers are incompetent and everytime i take my kids for a treat there is always an issue with your extremely poor service its not rocket science to work in fast food. I'd advise if this is your manger to send her back to training as she has no manners nor can she run your business correctly and I'd send the rest of your workers to McDonald's for training. Worst burgerking ever and I've been to many all over the world. I'll be sticking to McDonald's from now on.
Took twenty mins for basic cheese burger and chips, was cold when served. Worst burger King in country easilyFood: 1/5
Aweful experience. Waited ages food is missing and cold. Definitely will not be back. Stay well clear. Unless you like throwing away money
Super slow service on Friday night, ridiculous. Only two preparing the orders. Looks very messy inside. I losse 10 minutes queue at drive thru, I leave and tried order inside. Another 15 minutes waiting... The manager have to improve the service at BK.
TERRIBLE!!! They handed out flat drinks and when asked about it i was told there was nothing they could do about it.
