Awful service and atmosphere.nWaited 20 minutes for cold food and melted milkshakes handed over by a member of staff with an attitude.nLots of teens hang around being antisocial mainly at the entrance and in the car park who are not customers, and no effort from staff to intervene.nUber eats orders are always prioritised over in person customers, so order online if you want your food faster.
Customer care staff are extremely friendly and helpful, made sure we had sauces and salt. When our food came it was all fresh and for the ones in our family who had allergies were taken into consideration when making the food, there was no need to ask them to replace anything.
The item I ordered, as stated on the receipt, was what was shown in the photo not what I ordered. I messaged Uber and they said they would give me a refund of £7.44. I called the restaurant and they said they couldn't do anything, that they would refund £7.44 and what wasn't delivered will cost me £24.78. This isn't the first time they've sent the wrong thing; it's very bad, and I suffered a loss.
Why do you rip me off and underfill my drink everytime i ask for no ice, I paid for 400ml every time i get less. I hope your paying your employees a bonus from all the pennies your pinching from everyone who doesnt like ice??
Place is disgusting sticky than a weatherspoons carpet and as for fast food ha don't make me laugh 20 mins for a milkshake and a cheese burger! Staff have about as much personality as a kitchen mop just close it down its a pointless waste of money and time didnt dare use the toilet aftwr seeing the state of the restaurant itself AVOID AVOID AVOID
