The food was really good and I was particularly impressed with how generous the toppings in my McFlurry were. However the service was slow and it took them forever to find the 5p bag I’d paid for. There was rubbish everywhere, most notably in the outside area, despite there seeming to be plenty of staff available. I appreciate people should clean up after themselves, but unfortunately they were not! This experience wouldn’t deter me from another visit in the future.
Deeply disappointing. Ordered through Uber Eats. Took 1h45 mins to be delivered. Price was extortionate and when we finally got the delivery we were missing half the items. Tried calling the store and couldn’t get through. Do not recommend.
Would not let me choose zero starts Absolutely horrendous service been waiting on delivery since 10:25 estimate delivery time was stated as 11:25-11:45pm it is currently 12:30am I haven’t received my order or even any updates on my order can’t get through to the store to find out where the food is a driver still hasn’t been chosen for my order worst experience yet again! If you like time wasters then order from McDonalds
Dire place. Visited here just before Xmas I never buy food here only coffee usually but was recuvering from flu and wanted rubbish! Ordered a Dbl Q/P meal LARGE and with coffee. Coffee cup was 3/4 full and chips about 1/4 full.nAfter several emails back and fore to McD's HQ I received a full refund. I don't know what the issue is there but I'm hearing their measures across the board are falling short, from drinks to ice cream? Top priced rubbish.
If I could give no stars I would.nI was in there one night just for there machines to crash and all I asked was could they take payment from the till and the little happy manager went off on one.nAs I left he then proceeded to stick his body not just his head out the window and call me discriminate and racial names .nnI complained direct to the head office in London only to get an email saying they apologize but don't apologize and fob me off with a couple of medium meals.I DONT WANT THEM you can stick them down that managers throat for all I care.nThe attitudes in that place stinknI really can't post what I really want to say but up yours McDonald's.I am not letting this gonSTAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE PLEASE
