Absolutely awful meal at Melton branch today- after waiting for 20 minutes all meals were stone cold, no salt on the fries and didn't get the sauces we ordered. The new ordering system may have increased ordering speed, but food quality and service have been sacrificed. I'm not expecting haute cuisine, just a hot meal.

Easy and fast to visit, order and even takeaway. Not stylish or high quality food, but has McDonald's usual good quality consistency.

Meltons branch gets worse and worse. I Ordered a medium big Mac meal and 1 cheese burger happy meal for my nephew. I was given the happy meal 1st then had to wait another 10mins for my meal. when I eventually got my meal I had a chicken burger in a big Mac box ??? What's that about ? I didn't even get an apology from them when I shown them. I swear they thought I was joking or something. The next time your in Melton and looking for fast food. Go to KFC.

I was order 47. I ordered only 1 chicken legend burger. By the time my meal was ready, order 60 had just recievied their happy meal. It took 20 mins. Rotten behaviour!

Went in today at dinner for an order of three adults and two children. I one of the adult meals was missing the fries, one of the children's toys was missing, and they didn't put my requested sauces in, plus they took so long, must of been 15min, the thing was it wasn't even busy. The manager/teenager was just standing watching his limited staff try and get the food out. Mcdonalds in Derby at least have always been good at getting the good out and being correct.
